Overview
Outboard Solution ships outboard motors, marine engines, and related components within the United States using professional freight carriers. Orders are inspected, packaged, palletized where required, and prepared for secure transportation before dispatch.
Shipping coverage
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are not included in our standard shipping service and may require separate approval, additional transit time, and additional charges. Customers should contact us before placing an order for these destinations.
Shipping cost
A flat freight shipping rate of $540 applies to standard deliveries within the 48 contiguous United States.
This standard freight service includes:
- secure packaging and palletizing where required
- freight carrier transportation
- standard delivery service
Additional services, including but not limited to liftgate delivery, limited-access delivery, residential freight service, appointment delivery, re-delivery, or special handling, may result in additional charges. Any such charges will be disclosed before the order is finalized.
Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing includes order verification, packaging preparation, and shipment scheduling with the freight carrier.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Order cutoff time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day begin processing that same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated delivery time
Once shipped, delivery typically occurs within 3–10 business days for destinations within the 48 contiguous United States.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:
- shipping destination
- freight carrier schedules
- weather conditions
- transportation delays
- inventory availability
- access restrictions at the delivery location
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information, or freight reference details where standard parcel tracking is not available.
Delivery requirements
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:
- full delivery address
- contact name
- phone number
- any site-access or unloading requirements
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, restricted access, or refusal of shipment, additional carrier or re-delivery charges may apply.
Damaged or delayed shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe items are missing, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and product where available.
While we work to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by freight carriers, weather, holidays, or events outside our reasonable control may occur.
